Unconditional refund
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days after your first paid plan payment, we refund 100% of what you paid — no reason needed, no questions asked.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel renewal from Billing in the app. Monthly subscriptions are handled through Creem; standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access through the period already paid for. Cancelling renewal does not automatically request a refund.
When expired or suspended
Your data, taught knowledge, and digital employee configuration are kept intact (nothing is lost) when a plan expires — only your digital employees pause replying to customers on every channel until you upgrade again.
