The service and these terms
Merido provides a platform for individuals, household businesses and organisations to create, manage and operate digital employees. It includes your digital company, knowledge, conversations, tasks and the apps or connections you choose, within your plan's scope.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy linked on this page. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to represent it. Merido Gateway has separate terms when you use it directly at gw.merido.dev.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. A digital company's manager is responsible for inviting authorised members, assigning appropriate permissions and removing access when it is no longer authorised.
You are responsible for connections and tasks carried out under the permissions you grant. If you discover unauthorised access, change or revoke the relevant credentials and contact Merido for assistance.
Content and permission to use it
You retain your existing rights to the documents, knowledge and content you upload. You must have permission to use that content and a lawful basis to process customers' or other people's personal data.
You authorise Merido to store, process and send the necessary data to providers involved in carrying out your requests. The Privacy Policy describes this processing; providing content does not transfer ownership of it to Merido.
Responsible use of AI
Do not use Merido for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, privacy or intellectual-property violations, malware, or attempts to bypass service limits and safeguards. The Acceptable Use Policy details prohibited conduct.
You are responsible for the instructions, data and action permissions given to digital employees. Review results before using them for important decisions, particularly in health, law and finance. Do not present a digital employee as a specific person or licensed professional that it is not.
Plans and payments
Prices, features, usage allowances and billing periods are shown in the app and at checkout. Review the amount and applicable conditions before confirming a purchase. Exhausting an allowance may interrupt tasks until it resets or you add capacity using an available option.
Online payments are handled through Creem. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically as shown at checkout unless you cancel renewal. Do not send card numbers, payment verification codes or passwords to Merido through chat or email.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage your subscription and cancel renewal from Billing in the app. Standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; cancelling renewal is not automatically a refund or account-deletion request.
The current refund policy offers a 100% refund if you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days after your first paid plan payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy linked on this page for its scope and how to request assistance.
External apps and services
When you connect an external channel, AI model or app, you must also comply with that provider's terms. Third-party availability, limits and changes can affect your digital employees' work. Grant only the permissions needed and check connections before assigning critical work.
Service limitations
AI may produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable information even when given instructions. Merido provides tools to manage, review and intervene in work; the service does not replace human judgment or guarantee a particular business result.
The service is provided as is. Maintenance, errors or provider outages may affect its operation. These terms do not exclude your rights or Merido's obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Leaving and changes to these terms
You can stop using the service and cancel subscription renewal. To delete an account or data, make a separate request under the Privacy Policy. Merido may restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse or legal requirements, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
